Recording Electric Guitar – Basics
Only $1.95
This series will get you started with recording electric guitar in a way that is great for those recording at home. We show how to use a D.I. signal and plugins to get some fantastic guitar tones without upsetting all the neighbors within a 5 mile radius.
Normally to record guitar cabinets in a professional environment you have to turn the volume extremely high and unless you’re in a proper studio (that would have very thick walls to handle isolating this extreme volume) it would be heard for several blocks. Plus plugins have come a long way and you can absolutely get pro sounding tracks from a variety of plugins. Check it out!
